Assembly Operator

**Resumen de Posición**:Assembly of pumping equipment following established guidelines and procedures, taking measurements during assembly and filling out the necessary records, with the goal of self-safety and that of co-workers.
**Responsabilidades Esenciales**:Under the strict follow-up of the assembly procedure, verify according to the list of materials provided that each one of the components agrees with the part number and material specified by Engineering.
Any discrepancies should be reported to the supervisor.
Properly fill out the log checklist sheet, where important data such as TIR, Series, Work Order, Castings, among others for equipment traceability, will be included.
Assemble the components in the order described in the procedure, taking care of the integrity of itself and of the parts during the maneuvers.
Deliver to document control the check list completely filled out and signed when the equipment is sent to the next process- Use the measuring instruments correctly to verify the tolerances required in the assembly of the equipment.
Evaluate the operations to be carried out and analyze the risks to have safe working hours- Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area at all times.
Take care of and be responsible for the assigned tools and/or equipment- Clean, order and store the tools / equipment / instruments used during their workday, leaving a clean work area according to the standard of order and cleanliness- Carry out a security observation per month and report it to the security area.
