**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Respect health & safety policy.- Participate at the different phases of new product development.- Rigorous execution the all the processes we have.- Manage day to day activities planning set-ups, production schedule attainment,equipment repair and inventory.- Leads continuous improvement by using Lean Manufacturing techniques.- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by department supervisor.- Performs activities related to safety.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:Technical college or equivalenteducation.- 3-5 years at least group leader foroperations.- Know how of products,manufacturing and assemblyprocesses, quality.- Strong communication andpresentation skills.- PC skills.- Analytical skills, very goodjudgment, decision making,negotiation, persuasion, peopleorientation.- High level of motivation andproblem solving.- English 50%
