This includes receiving, issuing and dispatching stock, and handling communication between freight companies and warehouse customers.Warehouse administrators are responsible for the data entry and inventory of all stock. This involves processing receipts, taking records and documenting the details of all orders. They also organize staff inductions, manage occupational health and safety procedures and book times for incoming deliveries. They may also have to assist with general duties within the warehouse.Experience- At least 3 year in a similar position**Skills**:- Excellent verbal and written communication- Analytical Thinking in Problem Resolution- Optimal answers and solutions in work under pressure- Effective communication of results- Ability to learn new technologies- Proactivity, automotive and leadership- Skills for interpersonal relationshipsQualifications and Accreditations- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)- Second Language: English (mostly desirable)- Proton System- Inventory Systems- ITILYou'll achieve more when you join HSBC.**Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Processing (India) Private LTD
