In this opportunity, you will have the chance to be part of the asset management team responsible for a strong portfolio of hotels through Mexico and Costa Rica. The position is based in Mexico City.What the job involvesDrive asset performance and conduct all necessary analytical work pertaining to the operations of the fund.Complete regular onsite property reviews and participate in owner meetings.Prepare reports, presentations and memos summarising property performance for stakeholders.Improve asset performance through analysis and development of strategies to maximise revenues and minimise expenses.Prepare return on investment analyses for individual or multiple major capital expenditure/renovation projects.Evaluate annual business plans and budgets, including capital budgets and longer-term strategic plans.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all factors affecting markets and submarkets associated with the hotel portfolio.Ensure compliance with management and franchise contracts.Collaborate in the creation of best practices for other asset managers to implement.Who we are looking forBusiness experience working in a hotel management company, or real estate/hospitality private equity firms, advisory or finance companies.Specific experience working in asset management is desired.Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering or related field.Strong analytical, management and number skills.Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.Availability to travel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
