In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside senior team members in analyzing the portfolio's performance, designing & executing operating strategies to enhance growth, and proactively managing the properties.
The position is based in Mexico City.What the job involvesMonitor the performance of assigned properties to protect and maximize value through daily attention and strategically update business plans to achieve targeted returns.Regularly inspect properties to ensure top-tier quality and investment performance.Create and maintain financial models of existing and new assets to support and guide strategic decisions.Analyze and update management on the implementation of the current business plan, including marketing, leasing, renovations, operational and capital improvement strategies for each asset.Visit assets on a regular basis to oversee the execution of operations and provide feedback on opportunities and areas for improvement.Strategically evaluate and recommend new value add opportunities for each asset to optimize investment returns.Work closely with colleagues to oversee effective execution of capital and business plans.Prepare presentations on asset performance and KPIs to management and provide follow up on property-specific issues and deadlines.Onboard new investments into the fund's asset management processes.Who we are looking for5+ years of relevant experience in institutional real estate, preferably in asset management and/or acquisitions.Strong financial modeling skills, financial statement analysis, and presentation skills.Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related field.Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail as well as quality of deliverables.Solid problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to find solutions without specific step-by-step instructions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate well internally and externally.Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.Ability and willingness to travel to the USA.#J-18808-Ljbffr
