**Responsibilities**- Prospect new clients, identifying needs, trends, and opportunities- Manage existing clients, focusing on understanding their objectives and delivering investment solutions- Understand investment strategies and products, including ETFs, commingled vehicles and managed accounts- Own the whole sales cycle, from marketing to closing and executing- Collaborate with client service, product, operations, technology, risk, credit, legal and other teams to optimize product and service delivery- Maintain market intelligence of the global and local asset management industries**Required Experience and Qualifications- 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, financial markets, or asset management- Thorough knowledge of investment products, including Mutual Funds and ETFs- Strong presentation, selling, and negotiation skills- Effective communicator, talks in a clear, concise and unambiguous manner- Fluent in English and Spanish- Superior multi-tasking; strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Self-motivated; strong initiative, energy and confidence in completing projects with limited supervision; intra-preneurial mindset to build a business- CFA, MBA, or MSc are a plusJ.P.
