- Asset Management Specialist_
- role involves_
- Directs and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in some or all of the following areas: assets planning, allocation, capex forecast control, assets purchasing and internal transfer, rental, delivery management, disposal by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Validate the exact capacity requirements based on business plans_
- _ Ensure Capacity is right sized to meet the future technology requirements._
- _ Develop strategy to meet alternative capacity solutions for short burst needs (Rental, Oursource etc)_
- _ Ensure all available company assets are considered thru coordination with sister sites._
- _ Work with internal and third parties to ensure inbound delivery schedules are maintained_
- _ Cooperate with other internal entities to support their capacity needs if suitable idle assets are available internally at each respective location._
- _ Initiate the export / importation capital equipment where applicable_
- _ Coordinate Assets disposal and ensure compliance to relevant process and procedures_
- _ Develop process and procedure to support productivity, efficiency and compliance._
- _ Review and validation capacity analysis where new equipment demand is projected or planned_
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ Experience as Asset Specialist_
- _ Experience in electronics manufacturing industry is also a plus._
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Experience with traffic, exports and asset_
- _ Strong knowledge of asset_
- _ Strong knowledge of equipment engineer_
- _ English Intermediate_
