Asset management goals should focus on ensuring that each asset is being utilized to its full potential. An asset that is overproducing or lying idle can be harmful to your business.What a typical day looks like:Support Capex Forecast and Submissions ProcessAdvise and propose to Senior Management on Investment Reduction opportunities.Ensure Supplier Selection process follows global AVL when applicable or generate the correct analysis to select Supplier fitted into our manufacturing requirements.Ensure that localized equipment solutions adhere to local policy and procedure.Implement/Improve and Lead Internal Initiatives for actual processes of manufacturing (PCBA/Harness/Plastics, etc...)Look into available internal assets based on specifications and comparison between internal customer requirements vs the specifications of machinery, to reduce/avoid Capex investment.Validate Paybacks where applicable (Example – Custom Automation projects-Std Automation Projects-New Business, etc…)Support the negotiation of rental agreementsEnsure local price proposals are aligned to Global Supply Agreement/local price standards.Support and analyze technical solutions for PCBA-Mechanicals-Harness or Plastics IndustriesSupport external sales of surplus equipment.The experience we're looking to add to our team:Advanced experience with a proven track record in a guidance role within contract manufacturing, Electronic-metal-Plastic.Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of finished goods.Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic, Industrial, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.PCBA Industries knowledge and programming (Front End/Backend).Experience in Soldering/Conformal/Selective/Insertion & SMT Processes.Deep understanding of Manufacturing Industries (data integration or analysis of center products is a plus)
