**Objective**Ensure the continuity of maintenance processes, implementation of new methodologies focused on the best maintenance practices.**Main Responsibilities**- Development of the equipment hierarchy of facilities according to asset trees.- Facilitates and manages the development and maintenance of the SAP Asset Database.- Supports Lean Six Sigma initiatives within Maintenance cell to implement steps 1 and 2 of PM strategy. Including the Lubrication Strategy management until to be transferred to AM.- Provides technical oversight for the development and management of condition-based monitoring activities (CBM). And according KPI results to transfer TBM activities to CBM to reduce cost.- Coordinates the functions of Predictive and Preventive maintenance to assures maintenance plans are covering all needs of equipment and Legal requirements.- Normal Capex & Extraordinary expense Budgeting, Forecasting and Flow up the track of project approved**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's Degree in engineering industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent.- Corrective and preventive maintenance, Idra, Buhler, ital presse machines, CNC equipment's and Robotics,- Reliability Engineering courses and certifications (CMRP) Desire- Advanced understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance processes.- Strong written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems using formal techniques to evaluate systems, equipment, and processes.- Required SAP, Office- Work on your own initiative, assertive, Servant Leadership, commitment, responsibility, dynamism, teamwork.
