Your Opportunity with us:We are looking for an experienced and talented professional to join Deoleo as Assistant Brand Manager in Mexico.Role Mission: Support the marketing team in the development and implementation of marketing plans and initiatives through coordinating workflow with key partners and cross-functional teams to assure correct execution, performing various duties related to day-to-day operations, and generating key data to understand and continuously assess brands' KPIs performance and contribute to business objectives achievement.Responsibilities: Extract and analyze internal and external market data to facilitate data management and report preparation. Monitor market/consumer trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and risks. Track promotional initiatives performance to ensure brand's direction alignment and assess ROI and KPIs achievement. Coordinate and ensure open communication and smooth workflow with trade marketing and commercial teams to assure marketing initiatives' correct implementation and deliver on commitments. Lead, coordinate, and align marketing agencies (design, media, advertising, PR, digital) around brands' direction, choices, and tactics when needed. Generate performance reports, presentations, and brand briefs. Lead, coordinate, and supervise brands' digital platforms management and its effective implementation working with digital agency and global digital team (Monthly calendars development, follow up to reports and digital investment review, RRSS monitoring and ad hoc pieces development). Support/follow up with global teams for specific initiatives when needed. Perform administrative tasks, marketing budget follow-up, and supplier support. Skills & ExperienceEducation:Marketing, Business Administration Graduate or similar.Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role (Brands & FMCG preferred) as Brand/Trade Marketing Assistant or Executive/Coordinator. Desirable previous experience in executing digital campaigns. Nielsen/ISCAM and Kantar data management. MS Office: PowerPoint and Excel Upper-Intermediate or Advanced. Skills: Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills. Project management skills to work on different brand initiatives simultaneously
