Juarez, Chihuahua.Reporting to the Controller, the Controller Assistant role involves:What a typical day looks like:Knowledge in Accounting, Finance and Cost AccountingKnow how to make account reconciliations between ledger and subledgerPrepare/Review Journal Vouchers with appropriate supporting documentationAdhere to Direct Material Standard Cost, Revenue Recognition policy, and Inventory transfer policy.Ensure corporate reporting deadlines are met for designated reports.Financial reviews of P&L and main KOI with customer focus team (CFT)The experience we're looking to add to our team:Intermediate English requiredTypically requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or administration or equivalent work experienceFinance or related field or equivalent experience and training.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.A background in manufacturing/cost accounting is preferred.Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience.Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic people and/or process management skills.Demonstrates advanced/ thorough knowledge of the function and Flex's business.Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries or functions and comprehension of relations of such processes at the site.What you'll receive for the great work you provide:Pantry vouchersSaving FundChristmas bonusHoliday bonusMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceCP68Job CategoryFinanceRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
