PresentialWe are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Assistant Controller, **based in **Panzacola Plant (Tlaxcala, MEX).****YOUR TASKS WILL BE**- Support in the preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets.- Analysis of discrepancies between forecast and budget.- Follow-up on items that have not been assigned a cost in the system in coordination with A/R and the accounting department.- Update the database monthly to the plant profile, including units, sales, number of employees, costs per hour worked, etc.- Coordinate physical inventories of raw materials, finished products and fixed assets in conjunction with accounting and materials departments.- SOX certification reviews and audit coordination.- Comply with the safety rules in the plant, as well as with the ISO-14001 and IATF 16949 standards, as well as legal and regulatory standards.- Personnel management.**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance areas.- Experience in Financial Analysis.- Strong Excel skills.- Skill in problem solving.- Advanced English level.If you are interested, please send us your CV in English.LI-NA1
