If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.As **Assistant Controller, **you will be responsible of identified risks and opportunities, register and analyze the accounting close of accounts receivable, fixed assets, sales and cost, as well as the preparation and analysis of reconciliations of balance sheet and income statements.**YOUR TASK WILL BE**- Preparation of reports on the forecasts for expenses.- Generate and review financial statements- Accounting conciliations.- Weekly and monthly financial reports.- Follow up on internal and external audits.**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related area- 3+ years of experience in a similar position in the maquiladora industry- SOX Knowledge- Knowledge in accounting Systems (SAP, QAD, Oracle)- Advance English LevelLI-LM1
