Ensure the accuracy of standard cost system of the Plant trough deeply daily inventory transactions review and material variance analysis and production structures.
Keep updated the procedures and data bases for Controlling of Key Financial indicators of the Plant
**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
Ensure the compliance of Thales DIS Financial Policies in all the process done by the Plant.
- Ensure the accuracy of the Standard Cost System through a deeply daily transactions and item configuration review.
- Do the necessary roll up Cost according with the needs of the Plant.
- Prepare and record the standard cost revaluation during closing process according to corporate policy of revaluation.
- Ensure the accuracy of Work Order Variance and Inventory Revaluation through a deep weekly review for each process and workshop in the plant.
- Prepare and communicate in production daily meeting the result of CONQ indicator.
- Prepare weekly and monthly Controlling report for being reviewed with Manufacturing Controller.
- Prepare and keep updated the procedures, internal policies and job instructions of Controlling.
- Be an important part of Physical Count both materials and fixed assets.
- Support on calculate of Inventory at Risk accrual and its discussion with Plant Managers in order to generate a plan to control it.
- Support on internal and external audit guarantying that financial and operating process are according with internal control policies.
- Prepare, reconcile and record the In Transit Inventories with Accounts Payable.
