Supervise and manage all financial activities of the Puebla-based manufacturing plant.
Oversee cost accounting, including the annual cost determination and labor costing analysis.
Manage inventory controls, including physical inventory counts and inventory resource allocation.
Develop, implement, and refine costing processes within SAP to enhance cost accuracy and reporting.
Ensure strong internal controls across financial processes in compliance with SOX .
Maintain compliance with US GAAP in all reporting and financial operations.
Oversee and participate in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general accounting, and tax-related processes.
Lead accurate financial reporting processes, including closing activities and financial statement preparation.
Support Controller in ad hoc financial reporting, variance analysis, and insights for improved decision-making.
Work closely with the commercial and production teams to understand production volume impacts and resource allocation.

A successful Plant Controller should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
Expertise in managing costs and inventories.
A strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
An estimated salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 mxn gross monthly.
