Construction and post-construction cost management services for a key client's industrial project**Key Responsibilities**:- Tendering evaluation and Bid analysis- Cost Control, construction phase: Pay apps control, construction progress checkup,- Change control: scope validation, General Contractor rates analysis, client recommendations- Value engineering analysis- Montlhy report developement: cashflow and payment analysis, risk and recommendations, COs status, forecast analysis, GC performance analysis- Close out phase management**Qualifications**:- Degree-qualified Engineering, Architecture.- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.- Fluent English.- Cost control, change control, cost estimating, budget control experience.- Local market engage.- Knowledge and understanding of the component parts of a project and overall construction costs.- Knowledge in Software: MS Office, Optional: Neodata, Opus or ERP software- Exceptional relationship building skills.- Self-motivated and proactive.- Excellent communication skills, both oral & written.- Positive attitude at all times and the ability to integrate and play active part in the Construction Team.- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.- Keen to pursue personal development needs and maintain up-to-date knowledge.Additional Information- Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
