This expansive property includes 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences, centrally located in the "tourist corridor" between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo with amazing views of the sea where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean.Be YouThis role reports to the Director of People and Culture and will be responsible for assisting in leading the People and Culture strategy and execution and overseeing the day-to-day running of the People and Culture function; including benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and retention of staff, communication to staff, career development of staff and legal matters related to hotel employees.You will have an essential role as Four Seasons ambassador creating and encouraging a culture of golden rule, where we treat others as we want to be treated, supporting the hotel as a Business Partner, fostering relationships with others as a coach, supporting and driving Corporate People and Culture initiatives, employee counseling, managing the financials of the budget, conducting regular audits of People and Culture records, organizing and supervising all employee experience programs, actively supporting recruitment, selection, onboarding requirements and evaluating the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years' experience in a People and Culture leadership capacity, preferably within the hospitality industryUnderstanding of hotel operations is an assetFormal education or certification in Human Resources Management an assetStrong computer skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
