This expansive property includes 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences, centrally located in the "tourist corridor" between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo atop the breathtaking Baja California Sur with amazing views of the sea where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean.Be YouThis role reports to the Director of People and Culture and will be responsible for assisting in leading the People and Culture strategy and execution and overseeing the day to day running of the People and Culture function; including benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and retention of staff, communication to staff, career development of staff and legal matters related to hotel employees.Responsibilities:Assist in leading the People and Culture strategy and execution.Oversee the day to day running of the People and Culture function including benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and retention of staff.Support and drive Corporate People and Culture initiatives.Manage financials of the budget and conduct regular audits of People and Culture records.Organize and supervise all employee experience programs.Evaluate the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years' experience in a People and Culture leadership capacity, preferably within the hospitality industry.Understanding of hotel operations is an asset.Formal education or certification in Human Resources Management an asset.Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills, both written and oral.Self-confident and able to communicate easily with all levels of an organization.Ability to motivate and lead a team of professionals.Excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.Candidate must be fluent in English.Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality.Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
