Ensures that all financial reports, budgets, forecasts and other information required by the business are accurately compiled and submitted within specified deadlines, identifying variances and making recommendations for improvement as appropriate.Communicate management strategy and objectives to department heads and line staff and ensure their implementation.Report periodically on the progress of objectives, operations achievements and major areas of opportunity identified.Prepare periodic reports and meetings with the heads of each area to follow up on objectives.Review reports and financial statements to determine the performance of Rooms operations against budget.Comply with the internal audit program, LQA and Forbes Self Audit and follow up on all established action plans.Ensure that daily training in briefings on service sequences and LQA and Forbes standards is carried out at the employee's workstation.**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.4 years of verifiable experience in the position.In-depth knowledge in the management of the hotel segment in the ultra-luxury market.Fluency in Spanish and English spoken and written.Results oriented with a broad strategic and financial business vision.Strong leadership skills, focused on inclusion, diversity, equity, with great empathy for people and resilience.
