Role Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and strategic planning

Manage the mechanical design engineering, manufacturing engineering, and production teams

Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure alignment of goals and objectives

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

5+ years of experience in mechanical and manufacturing engineering

Strong leadership and management skills

Experience in managing teams and projects in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of engineering principles and practices, including CAD software and manufacturing processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per month
