We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.Role Overview:**Responsibilities**:Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and strategic planningManage the mechanical design engineering, manufacturing engineering, and production teamsCoordinate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure alignment of goals and objectivesDevelop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivityMonitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvementEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in mechanical and manufacturing engineeringStrong leadership and management skillsExperience in managing teams and projects in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of engineering principles and practices, including CAD software and manufacturing processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentPay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Engineering: 5 years (required)- Management: 3 years (required)Work Location: In person
