1. Information management for compliance with HSE performance indicators.
2. Dissemination of internal HSE policies, topics and alerts to active staff.
3. Manage the training information record of active personnel.
4. Programming and coordination of training of active personnel in HSE matters.
5. Control of the discharge of personnel under contract with each of the clients.
6. Integrate information necessary for the requirements, reports and statistics required by the client for compliance with the SSPA Annex.
7. Inspection of the company's vehicle lot for the status of physical conditions and assurance of safety devices.
8. Preparation of files for personnel registration with the client and physical delivery of the information.
9. Verify conditions of the emergency and first aid equipment material within the Nov facilities for replacement if replacement is required.
10. Identify unsafe conditions in base facilities for monitoring and resolution.
11. Document and follow up on the closure of preventive and corrective actions, which are generated from internal and external inspections, as well as employee observations.
12. Promote and participate in monthly HSE leadership meetings.
13. Support in compliance with Emergency plans.
14. Verify that safety sheets are available for all the products used.
15. Delivery and control of the PPE supplied to personnel.
