**Duties and Responsibilities**- Work within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects.- Maintaining property occupancy levels, ensuring positive resident relations and accurate data entry in CR systems.- Review Showdigs reports and follow up on all prospective tenants, create guest cards, and input their information into appropriate tools.- Implement weekly price drops to reduce vacancy time.- Coordinate approved tenants with new lease signing, deposit, deposit-free 3rd party vendor setup, first rent, pre-move-in inspection, maintenance, and move-in day tasks.- Provide exceptional customer service by attending to resident move-in needs and responding to requests in a professional and timely manner, clarifying lease agreement and move-in package.- Act as a mentor for new team members and share to the best of your abilities your knowledge and experience.- Be present for all required meetings and training sessions applicable to learning skills pertaining to your job, responsibilities or as specified by your direct supervisor.- Set-up daily work flows and time blocking to accomplish projects and tasks.
