You will also be representing the portfolio both to internal and external stakeholders. Lastly, you will act as the main point of contact for operational and strategic topics across the Americas.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the development and lead the implementation of the portfolio procurement strategy.Develop strong relationships with suppliers and analyze their capabilities to develop long term supplier strategies.Lead frequent global negotiations, delivering savings and cash targets via excellent market understanding, strategy implementations, negotiation skills and application of price risk management (PRM) principles.Implement contracts and ensure high service levels to sourcing units across the Americas.Ensure compliance of RSP, Contracting, Quality and service in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Initiate global portfolio initiatives (e.G., ASA/AMA, Resilience, market development, etc.) to create more leverage globally, ensuring strong connection with the regions and MET's.Support the collaboration between global suppliers and regional procurement teams to establish both short and long-term business objectives.Support innovation projects through strong collaboration with R&D team, providing market intelligence, supplier capabilities and capacity
