PhD degree preferred.- Minimum of 5 years experience in teaching to international students at university level.- Fluent in English.- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.- Knowledge of the Tourism and Hospitality industry highly appreciated.- Knowledge of the latest teaching methodologies and technologies in education.- Proficiency in using digital tools and online platforms.- Availability throughout the semester at **40-60%**, starting as of **February 2025**.**Key Responsibilities**:- Design and deliver engaging and effective classes, by following the lesson plans.- Assess and monitor student progress, provide timely and constructive feedback.- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall educational experience.- Develop knowledge and skills and participate in professional development opportunities.
