Can work as part of a larger team or as the key day-to-day contact point with the client.Help to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters, project governance, project planning, processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project:Monitor and control the project by:Applying performance management techniques; Managing the change control process; Advising upon project finances; Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications; Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages; Read and understand documents defining the project, including but not limited to: agreements, work letters, project charters, surveys, budgets, schedules, and drawings; Prepare projectstatus reports, process purchase orders, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials; Proficiency in managing multiple timelines and projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and working with little or no direct supervision; Able to build and maintain productive and trusting relationships with team members and others with diverse backgrounds and personalities, objectively address and resolve issues, and promote a positive image of the company and its investment strategies and results; Manage project correspondence (Meetings, Reports, Memos, Emails, etc.) to facilitate, maintain and track; Prepare reportsand filter data from the field.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.2+ years of relevant work experience in Industrial.Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clients.Tech savvy and interested in technology, software, programming.Experienced in the following software packages: Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
