.POSITION: Sponsorship AssistantDIV/DEPT: Global OperationsLOCATION: Mexico Country OfficeREPORTS TO: SPONSORSHIP MANAGEMENTGRADE: 5SUMMARYThe occupant of this position is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the sponsorship area for the achievement of goals and objectives aimed at delivering a transformational experience for donors and a positive sponsorship experience for children. He/She will ensure that sponsorship systems and processes are managed in accordance with policies and standards, and that sponsorship information is accurate, updated in the database and used in management decision making. He/she will provide compliance support to local partners in a timely manner and review the content of sponsorship correspondence, communications and products.Another key focus of the position is the ability to generate, for internal Country Office processes, sponsorship communications for all stakeholders. He/she will incentivize in others the ability and responsibility to comply with sponsorship requirements and seek integration of actions and plans with program strategies.REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIESCompliance with sponsorship indicators. Will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the child inventory process and sponsor/child correspondence to ensure that all sponsorship material is processed satisfactorily and responds to content and time standards, to ensure that responses to requests for information are dealt with promptly, efficiently and completely. Will proactively identify process failures; propose process improvements, develop tests and work within the office and with local partners to identify what solutions are best to address such failures.Sponsorship Management System. Will ensure that the sponsorship systems (Salesforce, LTE and SAP) are maintained and operated in accordance with the quality standards determined by the organization. Will develop and correctly utilize sponsorship system and database reports, and analyze sponsorship information, interpret trends and provide insights and observations for management decisions and actions to be taken, including recommendations to improve efficiency and quality.Performance Management (M&E). Will provide support/analysis of sponsorship performance information for action plan management, program management, as well as decision making. You will participate in key events/activities; participate in sponsorship related processes and events to assess the quality of monitoring, reporting system and sponsorship tools, practices and processes. Support the implementation of level one and two monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes to contribute to the awareness of sponsorship on the well-being and rights of participating children, and promote more intentional program-sponsorship integration.Technical Support
