Job responsibilities- Quote labor assignment and tool costs- Administrate schedules for to manufacture as customer lead times- Administrate Engineering changes as customer requirements.- Performs Project duties as APQP, PPAP, FMEA- Work with lean manufacturing and six sigma concepts and programs.- Develop saving projects to reduce cost and maximum efficiency- Drives continuous improvement through appropriate coaching, training, and process improvement.- Works with Quality control to enhance in process controls to minimize scrap and meet customer quality standards- Champions health and safety, environment, good housekeeping and 6S programs- Works with Materials to enhance raw materials replacements resulting in achieving productivity goalsWho are we looking for?- Bachelor's degree: Engineering Degree or Equivalent- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the area.- Language: Advanced English (required)- Office Management- Excel (required)- Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks with excellent attention to detail- Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
