About ABA Finance:ABA Finance, a leading financial services company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our team.**Responsibilities**:- Manage COO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.- Act as a liaison between the COO and other departments.- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports.- Handle confidential information with discretion.- Manage travel arrangements and provide administrative support for projects.- Assist in internal communications and presentations.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree preferred.- Proficient English, written and spoken- Previous administrative or executive support experience.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong communication and organizational skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.- Knowledge of financial services industry a plus.**Salary**: $1.00 - $2.00 per month**Experience**:- Operations Assistant: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Proficient English (required)Ability to Commute:- Tijuana, B.C.
