About ABA Finance:
ABA Finance, a leading financial services company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage COO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Act as a liaison between the COO and other departments.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Manage travel arrangements and provide administrative support for projects.
- Assist in internal communications and presentations.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficient English, written and spoken
- Previous administrative or executive support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Knowledge of financial services industry a plus.
**Salary**: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
