**Responsibilities**
- Develop and lead a world-class supply chain consisting of multiple products, methods of manufacture, and commodities spread across four sites located in the US and Mexico.
- Manage a group of Supply Chain professionals who are responsible for the cost, quality, and delivery of the external supply base providing materials into their factory
- Act as an escalation point for both internal and external challenges or opportunities
- Utilize the supply base to meet the company's procurement requirements related to quality, delivery, and cost while optimizing inventory and asset management
- Evaluate and develop organizational resource allocation to focus resources on maximum impact for the company driving best cost tactical actions
- Design and implement a sourcing strategy that develops and builds long-term partnerships with critical suppliers across the globe
- Develop, integrate, and execute strategy and plan in support of the business and functional strategies via critical operating tasks and business objectives
- Evaluate and build manufacturing networks that are flexible, responsive, innovative, and resilient
- Assist in the launch of new products on time by working cross-functionally and using a design-to-value approach
- Support the negotiation and execution of commercial arrangements for new product launch and existing production requirements
- Coordinate supply chain management reporting and deliver KPIs
- Responsible for execution of business plans within cost objectives as well as working with suppliers to provide forecasts and key cost optimization opportunities
- Member of North American leadership team and responsible for all reporting and support of Executive Leadership team

- Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Strong Performance Management capability with a focus on developing and mentoring staff
- Proven leadership skills and organizational management experience
- Dedicated, creative, and driven to be the best at building and maintaining strong relationships
- Excel in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
- Ability to exercise independent discernment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
- Capability to work on complex problems where analysis of situations and data requires an evaluation of intangible variables
**Education**
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Engineering, or related field with +7 years of experience in roles of increasing responsibilities.
Master's degree or MBA preferred but not required.
