Job Description The Opportunity:

Mattel is currently seeking an  Assoc Manager Digital Marketing Creative/Assets  that will be responsible to lead and manage creative projects, and overseeing the process from global concept creation to localization, transcreation and translation locally of all band assets
What Your Impact Will Be: implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals for all areas in LATAM  Creative plan to deliver assets for all comms channels, working together with global teams to leverage assets created globally Build asset translation automatization capabilities Define a creative calendar aligned with media campaigns and other marketing executions  Deliver assets for media plans to media agencies creative/design agency management  Asset usage report  Creative agency briefing process Qualifications What We're Looking For: 4 years experience in a design agency environment or similar or creative teams in agency  Excellent organizational skills  Proven track record of overseeing large campaigns and projects for brands  Extremley client focus with positive attitude, people skills, able to negociate effectively and communicate at all levels.  Work closely with brand teams, supporting all areas, and together with a creative agency, handiling creative projects from beginning to end, partnering with global team to leverage global content, assets  Detail-oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized while responding to last-minute requests and adapting to changes in business and cultural trends.  Budget Managament  Microsoft office advanced knowledge (advance excel)  Adobe CC suite products  Knowdledge of TV, social media, digital media ratios and delivery files types  Agency management / Project management / negotiation Advanced english Additional Information What It's Like To Work Here:
