The primary scope of the meeting coordinator includes the more traditional recurring meetings such as In Field Team Initial Training (IFTC), sales force expansions, Launch Training, etc..- Partners with Meeting Owners by providing event administration, registration, meeting data maintenance and analysis, logístical support, agenda management, budget reconciliation and reporting for meeting/event projects.- Key logístical liaison to meetings personnel.- Coordinates support, meeting registration and housing administration.- Manage ever changing program requirements and execute change details accurately and appropriately.- Ensure the integrity of all HCP interactions at meetings in accordance with corporate policy.- Manage effective communication with several levels of cross-functional stakeholders, such as: business owners/internal customers, field personnel, and various supporting departments.- Oversee development of on-line registration website and related reporting which enable efficient and complete program operations.O Complete billing reconciliations on all projects including interdepartmental allocation detail.O Provide additional on-site support at meetings as requested by business owner or meeting planning manager.- Oversee logístical, financial and purchasing support as needed including all event related Purchase Order and Meeting Cards.O Ensure data necessary for the completion and reconciliation of the meetings are timely and accurate.O Ability to navigate IT systems of record.O Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- High School Diploma or equivalent- 4+ years of work experience- DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required- DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Hospitality Industry background and/or experience- Meeting Management experience- DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong Organizational skills- Knowledge of attendee management- Supplier management- Ability to manage multiple project deadlines- Cross-functional collaboration- DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Good communication/presentation skills, written and verbal- Shows high level of initiative and ability to work independently- Ability to deliver results in a fast paced environment- Ability to work independently and remotely as necessary- DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Must be available to travel domestically up to 20%.
Must be able to provide effective customer service.
Conflict resolution skills; independent of supervisor input or coaching.
