Job Title Assoc Manager Contract Lifecycle Management ("CLM")Reports to Sr Mgr Sr Counsel ContractsDepartment Global Business Services/LegalJob Location Guadalajara, Monterrey, Mexico City**Summary**:Under attorney supervision, this position will provide management and support of Hershey's enterprise-wide Contract Lifecycle Management ("CLM") system and initial review and drafting of company agreements.
Among other areas of responsibility, the CLM Manager will be responsible for the company's end-to-end contract management system and will provide front-line review of contracts for Hershey, its subsidiaries and affiliates.
**Major Duties/Responsibilities**:- Lead the company's contract software management system and workflow, including system administration and training- Review, draft, revise and negotiate contracts, monitor contract performance and compliance and recommend improvements and enhancements to the contracting process**_Education: _**Bachelor's Degree; J.D.
or international equivalent preferred**_Experience:_**Minimum 5 years of experience in law firm or corporate setting with:- Outstanding time-management and prioritization skills- Excellent contract review, drafting and negotiation skills- Significant experience with managing contract lifecycle management systems, preferably for large organizations- Well versed in methods and techniques of legal research- Well versed in methods, practices, procedures and requirements for drafting a wide variety of legal documents- Experience working with databases (contract management, billing, case management, etc.
)- Significant experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint)
