**Assoc Mgr HR Corp. Functions**

**Summary**
This position provides support to the HRBP Manager in the HR business partnership for respective client groups, working with the client's leadership team and HR COE partners. The HRBP associate Mgr leads the strategy for building the required skills and competencies including process re-design, leading and managing change, and creating a culture that drives partnerships, value creation, and accountability.
The HR Associate Manager is responsible for working with their client group to build the leadership capability, and culture that enables Hershey to achieve its business objectives. Support the HR International HR Strategy and leads the changes in Mexico ensuring the alignment between Hsy Mexico and the company Strategy. This position is responsible to follow on time hr corporative process according annual time frames. Will also be responsible to supervise commercial and corporate funcions operation ensuring hr goals and supporting the HRBP Manager operation.
**Responsibilities**
**People and Culture**
- Develop and execute team strategies to improve Organizational Health and culture
- Guide leaders and employees regarding Company policies, values, HR programs (benefits, pay and salary) administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner
- Lead and fully execute key initiatives that support client strategies
- Must ensure activities follow all state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Lead and coach leadership in performance management (full cycle)
- Ability to understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective
- Lead and participate in team Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Leads Pulse Survey full local strategy.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
**Labor Relations**
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with ethics and compliance Corporate Team.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Works closely with the HRBP Mgr to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
**Knowledge, skills and abilities required**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Ability to understand HR KPI´S and analysis to facilitate decision-making and proactively propose business evolution initiatives
- Strong with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); working knowledge of trade systems and SAP
- Fluent English
- Ideally with Mexico Fedeal Low Knowledge, experience managing employees separations and internal investigations.
- Performance Management process experience.
**Education**
Bachelors Degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineer.
**Experience**
Minimum 6+ years progressive experience in a related field.
