Collaborate with project leads to design, develop, deliver, and improve our innovative products, programs, and services, ensuring flawless processes and audit readiness.Summarized Purpose:Supports the design, development, delivery, sustainment, and improvement of products, programs, and services in order to optimize processes, behaviors, performance, and audit readiness. Accountable for assigned activities and initiatives aimed at supporting and/or ensuring quality operational delivery via efficient and effective processes, associated systems, training, and communications.Responsibilities:Build exceptional support materials, presentations, and tools to align with department strategies.Prepare, coordinate, and deliver working group materials and communications per established timelines.Support process improvement initiatives, and lead simple projects to optimize performance.Participate in initiatives to improve and assess compliance with processes, systems, training, and communications.Complete special projects and administrative tasks as required.Train team members to achieve proven results.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification. Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years). Previous clinical research experience is preferred.
