- ** Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or equivalent years of professional work experience in related discipline.**:
- ** At least 3+ years of experience working on IT environment.**:
- ** (Optional) At least 3+ years of experience working on Pharmaceutical Companies and working with Chemists and/or Scientists**:
- ** At least 3+ years of experience understanding and working with Incident Management (ServiceNow), Application Support.**:
- ** Familiarized with Remote Assistance attending customers.**:
**Desirable**:
- ** Very good English level.**:
- ** ServiceNow.**:
- ** Familiarized with Windows environments.**:
- ** Proactive.**:
