**Company Description**MedTrainer is an innovator in the healthcare industry, changing the landscape of technology offers with the Medtrainer Platform Solution comprised of our proprietary Learning Management System (LMS), our core focus on Compliance Training as well our Managed Services offering in Credentialing and Compliance Management.**Profile requirements**:- 10+ years of relevant work experience.- Experience working in the healthcare sector is preferred.- Innovative creative vision.- Polished portfolio of your work.- Experience in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, and other adobe creative suite products.- Experience with designing in google slides, google docs is a bonus.- Ability to nurture, mentor and manage.- Strong eye for detail.- Excellent communication skills.- Good organizational skills.- Ability to work under pressure and quick turnaround.- Understanding of digital and print artwork requirements.- Good analytical and decision-making skills.- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.**Essential technologies and/or tools**:- Adobe creative suite, printing color management background**Main responsibilities**:- Generate strategically-sound ideas that elevate the brand- Be able to take complex ideas and translate them into impactful easy to understand visuals- Set the visual tone and mood for compelling storytelling- Stay current on existing, new and emerging digital technology- Present work internally and to other departments- Manage and develop direct reports- Mentor other creatives- Ensure all work is on-brand and on-strategy- Coordinate resources to meet deadlines**Job offer**:- 100% remote.- Competitive monthly salary (after taxes).- Benefits above law.**Please upload your resume and portfolio in English.
