Associate - Bids and Quotes NA The Opportunity: To be part of a multi-disciplined team providing quotation support to our internal and external customers via email and chat. The team will consist of more than 50 associates from a variety of specialties.
What We're Looking For: Education: High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree a plus. Experience: 2-3 years background in quotes/customer service-related activities preferred. Necessary Skills: Must be able to communicate in English (C1 level, verbal and written). Should be able to handle and operate under pressure. Excellent work ethic and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical skills. Organizational and computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Ability to organize and prioritize work. Detail-oriented. Unyielding integrity. Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technical skills and information. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Analytical and critical thinking. Collaboration and teamwork. Perform pricing by analyzing various aspects of pricing. Provide quotations within a strict timeframe. Perform specific monthly projects as appropriate. Understand different product lines and quoting strategies. Interact with different internal departments to ensure requirements are met. Interact with customers and vendors over calls to obtain relevant details for quoting. Interact live on Click to Chat with sales team and customers. Perform routine maintenance.
