As the Commercial Associate, you will be working hand in hand with the Account Managers by supporting them in the preparation of quotes, budgets, and presentations for clients; analyzing customer data to generate proposals; participating in the credit and risk analysis processes and in the construction of the supply and pricing structure.
Provide general support for the management of procedures relevant to financing.Provide support in the pricing process and preparation of daily fees, proposals, risk analysis, and legal issues.Actively monitor business opportunities through the "Inquiry-to-Order" process to facilitate and streamline the flow of operations as well as the commercial relationship with each client.Preparation of contracts for clients.Work together with the Account Manager for any customer concerns, new business opportunities, or special requirements and make sure to do this in a timely manner and in the agreed time.Support in the complete funding process.Proactive participation in the credit facilities renewals.Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, Administration, Finance, Engineering, or any other related career (numerical).2 years of experience in the commercial and/or financial services industry.Strong oral and written communication skills (fluency in English and Spanish).Advanced English.Knowledge and Competencies Ability to work under pressure with high detail orientation.Focus on the client.
