As the Commercial Associate you will be working hand in hand with the Sales Managers by supporting them in the preparation of quotes, budgets and presentations for clients; analyzing customer data to generate proposals; participating in the credit and risk analysis processes and in the construction of the supply and pricing structure.
- Responsible of credit line renewals.
- Provide general support for the management of procedures relevant to financing.
- Provide support in the pricing process and preparation of daily fees, proposals, risk analysis and legal issues.
- Follow up with prospects on the checklist and general requirements for credit line authorizations.
- Actively monitor business opportunities through the "Inquiry-to-Order" process to facilitate and streamline the flow of operations as well as the commercial relationship with each client.
- Provide support to Sales Managers analyzing potential clients and doing market research and working together with them to ensure the achievement of the expected volume for each client
- Coordinate with legal team, to prepare the contracts for new clients
- Request implementation processes with customer experience team to onboard new clients
- Follow up on internal approvals across areas, credit, legal, closing, capping
- Work together with the Sales Manager for any customer concerns, new business opportunities, or special requirements and make sure to do this in a timely manner and in the agreed time.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, Economy, Finance, Engineering, or any other related career (numerical).
- +2 years of experience in the commercial and / or financial services industry.
- Knowledge and Competencies
- Strong oral and written communication skills (fluency in English and Spanish).
- Advanced English at least 80%
- Ability to work under pressure with high detail orientation.
