Give support to the Account Management team, working directly with Account Managers in Credit Line Renewals, Annexes flow for special equipment and collecting, reviewing and capturing financial information from our clients in our different internal systems such as EPM and Sales Force, triggering pricing processes, credit hand off, yellow belt projects. Commercial Associates are the back up for account managers and the pipeline for the commercial team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Guarantee the renewals of client's credit lines, through the following actions:Contact and lead the client to obtain their updated internal and audited financial information (credit bureau / KYC / power of attorneys, etc).Update the Pricing Model in Element Pricing Model (EPM) flow by capturing and sending client's information.Create the renewal credit line opportunity in Sales Force (CRM), capturing the same information as in EPM.Coordinate a meeting between account manager and risk / pricing to review client's information.Provide support to account managers analyzing potential clients.Actively monitor business opportunities to facilitate and streamline operation's flow as well as the commercial relationship with each client.Collaborate with legal area for the preparation of contracts for clients.Update client's information on the Anti Money Laundering (AML) platform for legal area reviews.Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Finance, Engineering, or any other related career (numerical).1 year of experience in the commercial and/or financial services industry.Knowledge and Competencies Strong oral and written communication skills.Advanced/fluent English.Ability to work under pressure with high detail orientation.Focus on the client with a strong commitment to building interpersonal relationships.Proactive, self-empowered, and passionate about change.Able to build and nurture lasting relationships.Nice to have: Strong analytical skills, process improvement, and quality orientation.Outstanding team member, committed to success, capable of working in cross-functional teams at a fast pace in changing environments.High discipline, follow-up, and order.Integrity.What's in it for You
