If you are not already located in the Mexico City Area, your willingness to relocate will be a contingency for this position._**To be successful in this role, you need to**:- The skill set and experience to construct, implement, and deploy process-centric business process management solutions based on Appian software- To analyze a client's business strategy, their business processes, and develop technical solutions to support their business strategy- Design thinking for prototypes and model business processes- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills- Solid foundation of, or love for, technology- Preferred experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL server, etc.) and cloud technologies**Basic Qualifications**:- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or equivalent background- Bilingual or Business proficiency of the English language**Tools and Resources**- Training and Development: During onboarding, we focus on equipping new hires with the skills and knowledge for success through department-specific training.
