.**ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR - REMOTE****_Key Responsibilities: _**Creative Strategy- Develop creative strategies and innovative ideas to solve client marketing and communication challenges across a variety of forms and channels—from brainstorming to campaign concept to execution- Effectively communicate that vision to colleagues and clients by skillfully crafting and presenting brief, insights, inspiration and contentCreative Execution and Team Leadership- Lead designers and work closely with account team members to ensure on-brand design, accurate message content and adherence to the platform—including managing timelines and budgets, as well as quality and performance standards- Provide copywriting, proofreading and content edits as needed- Manage vendor procurement and relationships to complete tasks- Manage workflow to organize and prioritize workloads and maximize productivity- Provide reporting, metrics and analysis to optimize and refine campaigns- Keep abreast of cultural and industry trends that affect our clients' audiences and technological advances that affect our approach and execution- Drive continuous process improvement to discover efficiencies and make recommendations with the creative departmentClient Management / Business Development- Help develop business development strategies for new and existing clients.
