Associate Data Analyst
Location: Mexico City (Hybrid)

As an Associate Data Analyst and as part of the US Center of Excellence, we have vast amounts of use cases that require beginner to advanced analytics skills. This role will provide support to our Data Analytics workstream by writing advanced queries, building workflows to help with automation, build executive level reports, and provide actionable insights to each of our business units.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Aid in providing automated solutions through Alteryx, AWS, and other technical tools.
- Build production ready reports in Tableau that are ready to be analyzed throughout the business.
- Gathering business and functional requirements
- Conducting analysis and establishing metrics for success
- Interpret datasets to provide actionable insights for the business.
- Aid in presenting findings to core stakeholders
- Ability to write intermediate to advanced SQL queries.
- Ability to build production level reports in Tableau.
- Ability to engineer optimal datasets to power Tableau server reports.
- Ability to extract complex meaningful insights and interpret them to business stakeholders.
- 75% overlap with CST time zone working hours.
- SQL skill set - intermediate
- Tableau - business intelligence tools & BI tools.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Education: bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, etc.)
- Advanced level of English
- 1-2 years of experience related or internship experience.
- Detail oriented and organized.
