**Core Responsibilities**
- Responsible for owning the integrated marketing planning process for tentpoles and priority campaigns, both for Brand and Trade Marketing to develop a comprehensive holistic plan within all of our brand´s digital touchpoints (Owned, Earned, Shared and Paid)
- Coordinate the OESP planning process with the different partners to brief and give direction of the results needed for each area, implementing priorities, and ensuring the activities respond to the brief´s needs
- Collaborate actively with the Marketing Team and the AMS Digital Team to ensure the implementation of planned activities into the local digital brand ecosystem
- Cascade to the LATAM team the deployment of the OESP projects in other markets by sharing the findings and standard methodologies, to implement locally
- Coordinate the marketing calendar activities to ensure all the projects are completed time, both for Brand and Trade Marketing aligned with the defined priorities
- Support in the execution of the day-to -day digital projects, considering the different involved areas
- Supervise results and keep track of each campaign´s critical metrics evaluate ad efficiency, A/B test creative and audiences.
- Work cross-functionally with trade marketing, marketing, legal and Agencies to optimize campaigns.
- Stay up to date on all digital trends with a focus on social media updates and platform enhancements.
Proactively research and identify new opportunities to further drive revenue and improve marketing efficiencies

The Brand and Trade Marketing team is responsible for**:
- ** Creating and fostering consumer demand for the LEGO Group in LATAM Markets by converting consumer, shopper and market insights into compelling, creative, and innovative marketing programs that remain grounded in a strong commercial understanding and focus**:
- ** End-to-end Marketing planning and execution from input into campaign development to execution with Trade Marketing and Sales across our different channels.

**Do you have what it takes?
**
- Digital marketing experience from agency, start-up or premium consumer brand.
- Track record of designing and rolling out digital campaigns within different touchpoints: social platforms, paid media, apps, influencers, branded channels, etc.
- Deep knowledge of the actual online ecosystem and digital metrics
- Strong strategic, digital and integrated end to end thinking
- Analytical skills and working with large data sets to distill and activate insights
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing and comfortable in communicating complex ideas
- Ability to work with a wide network of customers and support a team environment while collaborating to achieve joint goals
- Willingness to learn and work supporting a team
- Proficient Microsoft software knowledge
- Previous experience from within the toy, family or gaming industry and/or digital/eCommerce experience is a strong plus.
- Certification at Google AdWords, Facebook Blueprints or Hootsuite
- Project management skills with ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Results oriented mentality - ability of translating digital data into practical business insights
