The global indirect portfolio consists of over $2.5B in annual spend with a supply base of more than 15,000 suppliers supporting all businesses and factories around the world. We drive next level value creation through commercial excellence, technology enablement, and transformed supplier relationships-business models.About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, Indirect Procurement LATAM within the Indirect Procurement organization. This leader will be responsible for creating and developing an industry-leading category management team positioned across LATAM to manage the $200MM+ portfolio of LATAM spend segments strategically to create step changes in value creation and industry-leading performance in all aspects of procurement including strategy, organizational alignment, sourcing and category management, supplier relationship management, operating process management, performance management, digital and technology, and talent management.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of 15-20 employees in Indirect Procurement across LATAM/Mexico.Strategically manage spend portfolio of $200MM+ regionally.Support M&A and integration activities associated with the function in the region.Partner with global category leaders to integrate LATAM into global strategies and contracts.Lead development and implementation of regional strategies and contracts, including capex.Effectively lead delivery of step change in sustainable value creation to advance company competitiveness and improve reliability of supply to meet business and factory demand.Develop strong collaboration with business unit and factory leaders and partner to align on strategy, supplier selection, change management, and sustainability of value creation.Lead change management process through influence with other leaders across Supply Chain and other functions globally.Effectively communicate and influence internally and externally to C-suite level.Effectively manage supplier relationships up to and including C-suite level and transform from traditional buy-sell relationships to joint value creation/co-risk share models
