Job Description As an Associate Director Salesforce Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of product solutions centered around Salesforce Core, B2B Commerce Cloud, and Order Management System (OMS), driving transformative results for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success, all while maintaining our focus on innovation, teamwork, quality work, and customer success. 
Your Impact: Lead the product strategy, development, and delivery of Salesforce Core, B2B Commerce Cloud, and OMS solutions that drive client success, streamline operations, and enhance customer experiences.Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized effectively and aligned with business objectives, delivering maximum value for clients.Collaborate with clients to analyze business practices, define needs, and develop user stories and acceptance criteria that guide the development process and ensure alignment with client goals.Facilitate client workshops and strategy sessions, using digital and in-person whiteboarding techniques to prioritize product features and make data-driven decisions.Define and develop functional specifications, business architecture, and detailed user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment with Agile principles and Scrum practices.Act as a Scrum Product Owner, working closely with Scrum teams, managing sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ensuring clear communication of priorities.Drive Agile practices by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, introducing new tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance product development, client outcomes, and team efficiency.Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor throughout the Salesforce implementation journey. Qualifications Your Skills & Experience: Extensive experience in product management, playing the role of a Product Owner within Agile teams.Proven ability to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing value in each sprint.Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, with experience in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product ownership.Strong expertise in developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria that drive development and ensure alignment with client needs.Proven ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment on design principles, feature prioritization, and product goals.Experience mentoring and managing cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration, and ensuring successful project outcomes.Experience with Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform), B2B Commerce Cloud and OMS solutions or background implementing e-Commerce solutions for clients in the retail industry.  Additional Information Set Yourself Apart With: Proven success in building trusted relationships with enterprise clients, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor in the Salesforce ecosystem.Salesforce CertificationsAvailability to travel: Must be willing to travel to Monterrey, Mexico at the beginning for workshops and to build their relationship with the client. Travel expenses fully covered.
