Routinely uses computers, phones, photocopiers, stamp machine, scanner and file cabinets.Primary Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive growth.Social Media Management and Content Creation: Lead the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition. Create, curate, and manage engaging social media content for platforms including Facebook and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy. Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.Lead Management: Design and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads. Oversee lead nurturing processes and ensure effective follow-up to maximize conversion rates. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and improve lead-to-sale conversion.Referral Management and Growth: Develop and manage referral programs to encourage and incentivize customer referrals. Track and analyze referral program performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless referral process and enhance customer satisfaction.Return on Investment (ROI) Analysis: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
