Engagement Manager Assistants are responsible for partnering with and supporting Engagement Managers throughout the project timeline to bring a customer live on Workday.

About You Become proficient in Workday's Implementation Methodology Assist Engagement Managers for the implementation of 3-5 simultaneous projects Provide prompt execution of tasks for the EM and Professional Service resources working on their implementations Maintain Smartsheets, update project budget and financial forecast Perform Timesheet approvals and compliance verification Maintain RAIDQ Log, create and manage Support Cases Assist EM with tracking the project teams compliance with Delivery Assurance checkpoints Assist the Engagement Manager with ensuring the project is delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW Identify opportunities to extend the scope of assistance you can provide Engagement Managers Assist with project closure activities Work across geographical locations and time zones in a collaborative fashion Endeavor to continuously improve our efficiency in delivering the Engagement Support service across the organization Propose and support implementing changes aimed at optimization and/or automation in Smartsheets Basic Qualifications:
2 years of Importante empresa working on software implementations in any capacity SaaS / ERP Importante empresa highly desired Consulting Importante empresa demonstrating strengths in managing customer expectations while building trust and confidence Importante empresa in coordinating smaller streams of work / delivery of projects Excellent organizational and time management skills Other Qualifications:
